Jasmine A. Bixenman

Operations Lead

Jasmine graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Sign Language (ASL). She went on to pursue her Masters Degree in Communication with Emphasis in Organizational Leadership which she completed in 2019.  She is currently working on her Doctor of Education and plans to complete it by the end of 2024. Jasmine is a native Houstonian. She married in 2023 and together with her husband, Brett, they are raising their first-born son, Bowen. She is passionate about ASL and working with young people in which she serves as a youth leader alongside her husband at their local church. Jasmine has worked in a variety of different professional fields and is thrilled to bring her communication expertise, background managing teams, and love for individual and corporate development to the Operations Lead role.
