Our initial immigration consultation includes a review of your documents, a thorough legal assessment of your options and discussion of the process and timeline. Danka takes your immigration matter into her hands and offers personal attention and practical advice throughout the process. She has represented clients before the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for over 20 years and is ready to assist you in achieving your immigration goals.
We offer most clients fixed fee representation, and where appropriate, we will suggest representation on an hourly basis. A $1,000 consultation deposit is due at scheduling. If we are retained for a fixed fee matter within 30 days of the initial interview, 100% of your deposit is credited to our fees. If not, your consultation deposit is applied to an hourly fee for attorney time through the initial interview, and the difference is refunded or billed to you.
